Pinball Showcase
A new pinball machine every day

Connections
A different pinball machine every day, with backglass and playfield art, release details, designers, editions and trivia from the Open Pinball Database (OPDB). Filter by era, decade, manufacturer, designer, theme and more, or rotate through your own favorites. Every setting below is optional: with none set you get a new machine from the whole catalogue on every refresh.
Available settings
Layout Style
Optional. How to balance the artwork against the machine details. Starts on Showcase.
New Machine
Optional. How often a new machine appears. Starts on Every refresh, so your playlist sets the pace. Every option except Shuffle shows each machine in your selection once before any repeats; Shuffle never shows the same machine twice in a row.
Photos - Full Screen
Optional. Pick one, or several to show side by side (up to 3). Leave empty to choose automatically (the edition's own backglass or photo first). If an edition has no photo of a type, another edition's is used and labelled.
Photos - Half Horizontal
Optional. Up to 2 side by side. Leave empty to choose automatically.
Photos - Half Vertical
Optional. Up to 2. Leave empty to choose automatically (playfield first, which fits the tall slot best).
Show all 29 options
Photos - Quadrant
Optional. Shows the first one you pick. Leave empty to choose automatically.
Photo Style
Optional. Starts on Fit, which shows the whole photo.
Artwork Position
Optional. Starts on Left.
Hide Details
Optional. Everything is shown by default. Pick anything you'd rather hide.
Color Accents
Optional. Starts on On: red and yellow on color screens, gray elsewhere.
Pin One Machine
Optional. Always show this machine instead of rotating. Search pinball-showcase.trmnlplugins.com and copy the id from the page address; an edition's id (e.g. GWyBj-MdEbK-AOPdq) pins that exact edition.
Example: G5pe4
Favorites Only
Optional. Comma-separated OPDB ids (find them with the search at pinball-showcase.trmnlplugins.com). When set, only these machines rotate; other filters still apply. Leave empty to rotate through everything.
Example: G5pe4, GrqZX, GweeP
Never Show
Optional. Comma-separated OPDB ids to skip.
Example: G4ODR, GRBE4
Eras
Optional. Leave empty for every era.
Decades
Optional. Leave empty for every decade.
From Year
Optional. The earliest release year to show. Leave empty for no lower limit.
Example: 1978
To Year
Optional. The latest release year to show. Leave empty for no upper limit.
Example: 1999
Manufacturers
Optional. Show only machines from these makers. Leave empty for all.
Other Manufacturers
Optional. Makers not in the list above, comma-separated. Partial names match.
Example: Mr. Game, Premier
Exclude Manufacturers
Optional. Never show machines from these makers.
Title Keywords (Themes)
Optional. Show only machines whose title contains any of these words. Leave empty for every title.
Example: star wars, batman, monster, space
Exclude Title Keywords
Optional. Skip machines whose title contains any of these words, comma-separated.
Designers and Artists
Optional. Comma-separated names of anyone credited (design, art, code, sound, music). Leave empty for everyone.
Example: Steve Ritchie, Pat Lawlor, John Youssi
Score Display
Optional. Leave empty for every kind of score display.
Player Count
Optional. Leave empty for any player count.
Must Have
Optional. Show machines with any of these. Leave empty for no requirement.
Must Not Have
Optional. Never show machines with any of these.
Only Machines With Playfield Photos
Optional. Turn on to show only machines that have a playfield photo.
Self-hosted API URL
Optional. Leave empty to use the hosted API. If you run your own copy (see GitHub), enter its address without a trailing slash.
