Fasting Window shows exactly where you are in your fast: a live countdown to when you can eat, a 24-hour strip of your eating window, and the stage your body is likely in, from fed to fat-burning. Pick a standard plan (12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, 5:2, alternate-day, 24h or 36h) or make your own: any eating window, a fast of any length on any days, your own low-calorie days, or a weekly schedule you write yourself. Get a healthy way to break each fast, take a break for holidays, and optionally enter your weight to see a safe daily and weekly fat-loss target. It needs no account, no API key and no server. General wellbeing information only, not medical advice.
