Texas Power Grid
Charts related to the ERCOT grid
This plugin displays charts and metrics for the ERCOT interconnection, the power grid serving most of Texas. Use the Display option to choose from the following views: • Wind and Solar: Actual wind and solar generation for today, plus forecasts through the end of tomorrow. Series can be stacked or overlaid. • System-Wide Prices: Individual plots of hub and load zone prices, comparing today's real-time price with the day-ahead price. An all-prices view summarizes every hub and load zone in a single display. • Energy Storage: Fleet-wide behavior of Energy Storage Resources (ESRs). Optional toggles add a "net energy" line showing cumulative ESR energy as a proxy for state of charge, and a box plot overlay comparing current behavior to the previous 30 days. • Ancillary Services: Regulation services over the past two hours.
