Ever stood at the door wondering whether to run for the bus or grab a share bike instead? Nearby Nextbike shows you exactly where the bikes are right now.

It puts a live map on your TRMNL, centred on your front door, showing every bike within a twenty minute walk. Walking distances are drawn right on the map, based on your map settings. Filled pins are stations, hollow pins are bikes someone parked on the street, and a small number on a pin means several bikes in one spot. If almost nothing is close by, arrows at the edge of the map point to bikes just out of frame, with the walk time and number of bikes in that direction. A bike four minutes past the edge is still worth knowing about if you were heading that way anyway.

Prefer words to pictures? Set "What the screens show" to *Text*. Instead of a map, you get the closest bike, where it is, and how long it takes to walk there, which works especially well in cities with station based bike sharing.

Works anywhere nextbike operates: over 200 systems in 21 countries. Many run under local brand names, so you may already be using nextbike without knowing it.
